We discuss their partnership with Cesar and has family who own and operate Vivanco Family Distillery, a multi-generational operation that farms agave and produces Tequila. Their relationship is not only based on making great juice, but also centers on environmental responsibility and cultural sustainability. We also sample their blanco and resposado expressions.
