Racism takes center stage on the program this morning.  Ludacris is singing his pro-Obama/anti-McCain/”paint the white house black” song while SCLC Chief, Charles Steele says that New Orleans is a racist city.  Derek Shephard’s girlfriend’s call to 911, McCain’s commercial, and of course, the economy, were also hot topics today.

Ringside AllStars, Mitch Gibbs & Nick Vareccio, weighed in on Shephard’s legal problems, SCLC comments, NO’s Technology Chief, the NOLA housing program and the presidential race.  Dale Stantifer of the Metropolitan Center for Women and Children talked about Shephard’s girlfriend and domestic violence.  Julie Hall also joined in to talk about the family fortune left on the curb.  Robert Waters of Rick’s Caberet discussed Shephard’s indiscretion.  Mike Frank, VP of Government Relations for the Heritage foundation talked about offshore drilling and the Discharge Petition and Dave Olsen of www.couplecheckup.com, told us how the troubled economy can save marriages.
