LSU hires Robinson as special teams coach

WGSO, 990 AM has learned that LSU will announce the hiring of Joe Robinson as its new special teams coach. Robinson is expected to replace Bradley Joe Peveto, who is likely to be promoted from special teams coach to co-defensive coordinator, along with Doug Mallory within the next week. Robinson is an LSU graduate (1985) and has served as special teams coach at Arizona for the past four seasons (2004-2007). Bookmark
