Mandeville Police Capt. Ron Ruple said the investigation is ongoing; however there are no suspects at this time. Authorities are hoping to have more information soon.  

“It’s still fresh.” Ruple said. “They did do forced entry into the building, went into the office and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.”

Ruple added many of the details of the case are still shrouded in mystery, but that he hopes more news will be forthcoming.

He would not give the name of the burglarized store for fears they would once again become a target.
