As a New Orleans-area native, Jude grew up a fan of all sports and teams in the area. It's a passion for the games that brought him into the fields of sports broadcasting and journalism. Whether he's informing, reporting or entertaining, Jude brings his own special flavor to the task at hand.
The Jesuit and Loyola graduate previously managed a locally-owned pharmacy and most recently worked for the US Navy's disaster recovery and family services divisions in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Jude has hosted several WGSO sports shows after starting out as a reporter for Ken Trahan's Original Prep Football Report. He has served as a pregame host for UNO athletics, color analyst for both UNO and Jesuit athletics, and play-by-play announcer for prep games produced by WGSO.
Perhaps best described as a jack-of-all-trades and a master of sarcasm, Jude currently hosts several sports shows on 990am including a topical show called The Second String on weeknights as well as a fantasy sports program called Fantasy Frenzy on Saturday afternoons. He also serves as WGSO's assistant news director and webmaster for WGSO.com.
