UNO pulled out a stirring comeback win in overtime defeating Middle Tenn. State 72-65. The Privateers won their second consecutive Sun Belt road game for the first time since 2002.
The University of New Orleans Privateers (13-5, 3-3 SBC) took on the University of North Texas Mean Green (13-5, 3-3 SBC) tonight in Denton Texas. It was a record setting night as UNO and New Orleans own Bo McCalebb became the Sun Belt Conference's all-time leading scorer with 2,332 career points and counting. The UNO Lady Privateers took on the North Texas Mean Green tonight. The UNO Lady Privateers lost to the UNT Mean Green by the score of 62-53. The leading scorer for the Lady Privateers was Le’Della English who scored 21 points.
